Frank Ortiz is an ACE-certified Personal Trainer and a NYS licensed Massage Therapist. His extensive experience includes strength and conditioning, balance and stabilization, therapeutic/medical massage, injury treatment, and neuromuscular stretch. Since 1998, Frank has been combining exercise and massage to help Westchester residents increase strength, improve performance and movement, as well as reduce pain from sports-related injuries.
